What happens if an item is broken?

You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order so please check goods upon delivery.

We also ask that you send us these 3 photos 

1. of the damaged item

2. of the exterior packaging 

3. of the interior packaging

When we have checked the photos your broken items will be recut and replaced within 2 working days 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including visa, MasterCard, credit cards and PayPal.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Our average turnaround is currently 10 working days. When you place an order regardless of what it contains your order goes into a queue this queue is never more than 10 working days long. If 10 working days have passed and you are yet to receive your order please make contact with us via Facebook page or live chat on the website. Delivery time scales are my turnaround to process an order it doesn't include the mail or couriers timescale.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries unless the order exceeds 5kg then we will use either DPD or Hermes.

Am I protected on personalised items?

If we make an error on a personalised item we will replace it.  However, we will type and spell the design as you leave it on your order (unless stated otherwise).  So if you type in all CAPS that is how the item will be designed.  If you request a mock up of your design before it is posted and you wish to change it we can do this once, however, if you choose to cancel a personalised item after it has been designed, but before it is cut, then there is a £5 design fee that will not be refunded.  This covers part of the time we have taken to design your item.  If your personalised item is cut when you choose to cancel I am afraid that unless we have made an error on the item it will not be refunded and instead it will still be posted as personalised items cannot be resold.

Do you offer bespoke designs and cuts?

Absolutely! Please make contact with your ideas and if we agree to design the product for you it'll will be listed on our website on the bespoke requests page for you to purchase within 7 working days.

What if I don't know how to use the blanks?

We are always happy to advise you how to assemble blanks and use them correctly. if you're unsure of anything please make contact with us. If you don't wait and try to use without knowing how and damage the items we cannot refund you or exchange. Please ensure all protective film is peeled from products before trying to assemble as this makes a huge difference in size when assembling eg slotting into bases it can cause the base to crack if you don't.
